This website is operated by Euphoria s.r.o. ("we"), the company behind the XOXO brand. We keep data collection to a minimum and we do not use advertising or tracking technologies.

What data we collect

• Contact form — name, e-mail address, company (optional), topic and your message. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Newsletter — your e-mail address, used only to send you occasional news about XOXO. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail, or by writing to us.
• Anonymous analytics — we use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that counts visits in aggregate. It stores nothing in your browser and cannot identify you.
• Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) records standard technical logs (IP address, time of request) for security and operation of the site.

Who processes your data

• Formspree Inc. (USA) — processes form submissions on our behalf under EU standard contractual clauses.
• Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosts the website.

We never sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.

Cookies

This website does not use any advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a single functional preference (your chosen language), which stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere. That is why you do not see a cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep data

Contact inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter, at most 24 months. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, and the right to object to processing. Contact us at hello@feelxoxo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
